Hartford Stamp was established in 1919. We are a manufacturer of Custom Rubber Stamps, Self-Inking Stamps, Embossing Seals, Signs and Banners, Plaques, Nameplates, Pins and Badges & Corporate Kits. We offer printing and copy services. We also offer a full line of office supplies with over 35,000 items available next day.

Founded by Saul Rulnick, Hartford Stamp was originally opened in a small space overlooking Main Street. After years in this location, Saul moved to Ann Street in downtown Hartford. At this time, Saul's son Milton was working with him and learning the family business. After Saul's retirement, Milton took over and moved the company to a larger location on Locust Street, in the south end of Hartford.

Opting for a slower pace of life, Milton retired in 2001. The company was sold to Gary Archambault, a young entrepreneur and savvy downtown Hartford business owner. To this day, Milton still visits and remains one of our best customers.

With business booming and many customers looking for "one-stop shopping", Gary expanded the business. In 2002, Hartford Stamp became known as Hartford Stamp & Office Works, offering a full line of office supplies and furniture.

Business continued to grow and in December of 2006, Hartford Stamp & Office Works made the move back to downtown Hartford. Only a few blocks from the original site, we now reside on Market Street. In this new larger location we now house a working showroom, a manufacturing shop and warehouse.
